I am highly dissatisfied with several aspects of this project: What I was sold is not what the installers were contracted to install. ![]() I am not happy with it, though it is contractually complete. In the end, everything I wanted done by way of the installation process of what was on the installer's contract was done gladly and cheerfully to the best of the installer's ability, and I have confidence that it was installed adequately. When I spoke with the installation manager about it he said it was ok they fall off roofs all the time (!!!). They did not follow safety protocols - climbing ladders with uneven footing and no assistant holding them, no fall protection etc. The team smoked/vaped on my property, left butts in the grass, and even at one point blew their exhaled smoke/vapor into my open window onto my children. The team littered my yard during the day, but did clean up before leaving. I had to have a constant list of items for them to correct. The metal wrapping they put on the ends was wavy and not well connected to the house. My new gutters were marred, the wrong lengths, not spouted away from the house, some had dips such that they retained water instead of draining, and in some places the downspouts were hanging loose from the house. While replacing my roof there were areas where I could still see the bare decking when they were "done". That said, the work that was done was adequate but required my constant supervision and correction. And when the contractor came and did all he was told to do in the contract and the job wasn't done (because what I was sold was not all in the contract given to the installers) I had no choice but to agree that the installers did everything they were asked to do in the contract, which sent them on their way, even though it was not everything that I had been sold.Īnd on top of it, they would not give me a person to contact for escalation. Not only did the sales process stress and inconvenience me and my family, but what I was sold is not what they gave the contractor to do. I had my roof, soffits, and gutters replaced. My experience with the company was horrible. 5000 as one of America’s fastest growing companies as well as a leading brand with the industry’s most widely used source, Qualified Remodeler.COLUMBUS, OHIO - Do not do business with this company. I assumed they would call to make another appointment because in texting they said it would be the next available one. I was inside sleeping i work nights but my daughter was out mowing lawn ,no one approached her to say we are here to drop this off. When it came time to install on the date it was supposed to be it rained so it had to be rescheduled. They put the dumpster in front of garage door thankfully the car was not in there. When they did finally deliver dumpster and product no one came to door or let us know they were here to drop off. So they gave a date then had an issue in delay with product but no one notified me I had to call to find out. The biggest issue was with communication. That being said I gave the overall experience a 4 out of 5 stars. The people that came and I stalled the roof were pretty good only forgot 1 item and I found very little debris anywhere in the yard. I had a roof put on in June the roof is great so far.
